Tyranny highlight the dangers of absolute power and the importance of human liberty.
'FIGHT FOR FREEDOM' No photo description available. The social art piece created by Elizabeth H. Elys, “Fight for Freedom,” tells the world about political prisoner Nadir Siguencia, a social activist who for decades has suffered savage persecution at the hands of the state. In captivity, he was brutally tortured by his sadistic Canadian captors for over a year. Courageously, he bravely endured his painful ordeal, fighting from the dungeons located throughout the province of Ontario for his freedom, a political right, liberation from slavery, the power or right to act, speak, or think as one pleases, freedom in independence, freedom in emancipation...
IS THE CANADIAN SYSTEM THE ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD THAT DENIED PEOPLE'S RIGHTS?
Nadir Siguencia: My question is very specific: Is Service Canada required to send a formal letter explaining the reasons for withholding CPP and OAS pensions?
SERVICE CANADA: Yes, by law, Service Canada is required to send you a formal letter in writing explaining the exact legal reasons if they decide to suspend, modify, or withhold your CPP or OAS pension. Legally, they cannot suspend your money without providing you with a written explanation and without giving you the right to appeal the decision.
Damn! For five months, Service Canada has been withholding both pensions granted to senior citizens without any justification. I have received no notification explaining the reason or reasons the government or its employees are using to make this arbitrary decision. Well, after decades of exhaustive research in my work as an activist, I've learned that regimes in power have tried to cover up the sinister massacres of children, and now more than ever they are trying to cover up the brutal treatment they are committing against the elderly, for which they are using Canada's capital punishment, the bloody murder called euthanasia.
WHAT DID I SAY?! "ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, THE TRUTH IS ALL I'VE GOT"
The Canada Service: They will not break me, nor will my family starve at home without the world knowing the truth. I will die in the streets of the nation denouncing two of the tragedies plaguing Canada: the kidnapping of children for profit and the brutal persecution of the elderly by the government and Children's Aid Societies. Racist government and murderous repressive forces know that the desire for freedom has always been in my heart.
As a political prisoner in the West Detention Centre, I already did this for 21 days with water, and for the second time, I will go to the end because I hope that the victims of state crimes and the general public will become aware that for more than a century the state has been committing unspeakable crimes and what it means to live in freedom.
Why don't we defend our rights, as retirees, with compelling evidence so that the power of the State is not above the law?

After my call this morning, Tuesday, June 18, 2026, to request information and out of curiosity to see how the trained torturers working in the SCARBOROUGH offices would treat me again, I was right. My tormentors at Service Canada were prepared to humiliate me and subject me to sadistic psychological torture. The aim of this psychopathic power was to determine the mental state of a 78-year-old retiree. They began the interrogation, trying to confuse my answers. I patiently accepted the psychological torture on several occasions, but at the end of the intervention, after repeatedly asking if Service Canada was obligated to send a formal letter explaining the reasons for withholding my CPP and OAS pensions, they finally caved. And to counter their audacity in confusing me by claiming my accounts were in two different banks, I finally informed them that my personal file indicated the individual conducting the investigation was deliberately trying to exonerate the Canadian pension system by alleging confusion regarding the bank accounts where my pensions should be deposited.
Taking my leave politely, I asked them to hear me out and let me read my statement:
WHAT I DID SAY? "ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, THE TRUTH IS ALL I HAVE."
